In 2030, for every one local exiting the workforce, there will only be 0.7 entering. In 2012, for every one local exiting the workforce, there were two locals entering. ![]() In about five years, there will be fewer locals entering the Singapore workforce and more exiting. We are excited about the opportunities that technology poses, but have we fully explored technology for sustainable productivity enhancement?
